best. team. ever.

As many of you know, I am the Enterprise Community Manager for uCern, a social business network for Cerner clients and associates. Like any gamified social network nowadays, uCern gives users points for creating documents, uploading videos and answering questions correctly. As your points increase, so does your status. New uCern users start at Newbie status and can level up to Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Every week I send a handwritten thank you card to users who reach Gold, Platinum or Diamond status, and have the entire team sign their name.

Ask me how I reached Bronze status sometime, it’s pretty funny.

Anyway, this week I finally surpassed 1,000 points in uCern and achieved Gold status! I jokingly asked the team if I needed to write my own thank you card for them to sign. Thankfully, my teammate Courtney suggested passing around a blank card so they could include their own sentiments.

Please note, my card has no fewer than 7 hashtags. On an otherwise bummer of a day (more on that soon), this made me so happy. This is just one of the many, many reasons my team is the best team ever.
