Sarah K. Scoular (@sarahkscoular on twitter) has 15 years customer service experience including face to face, over the phone and via digital interactions. Nine years were spent as a call center supervisor for a telecommunications company where she also created a digital care team and managed their brand on the social web. Sarah has extensive leadership experience, supervising a team and coaching them to meet or exceed specified goals. In addition to the responsibilities listed above she was an integral part of hiring and recruiting process.

She ensures the 55,000+ member network is connecting people with others in similar roles or special interest groups, sharing information and finding answers to the questions they’re looking for.
